I remember walking with the trains as a kid on Summer holidays in the 60s. So sad its now gone. According to Streetview it looks like the track has been retained where it curves through the car park just before the town bridge.

My fear of darkness when no one is around could never go in a abounded place. I would also never ride a elevator without any engineers around because I have a fear of getting stuck and not being rescued. I sometimes only ride elevators that are modern and fixed regularly or I would nope it and just leave or take the stairs If there are stairs and a elevator I take stairs but sometimes I make exceptions if it’s a cool elevator I did once at a hotel hard rock. It was a glowing mirror so I took that every time because staff was around and it was cool. I also have a fear of being stuck in small places or somewhere alone stuck in a big place myself
